I called on a Friday and they were able to get my car in to make repairs for a couple of recalls on the following Monday. Work was completed in just a couple hours and was ready for pickup by 10:00am. Very impressive with the scheduling and the speed in which the repairs were made. I will definitely be back.

I genuinely had a horrible experience with this dealership and regret purchasing a vehicle from them. They lied about service records, we had to return the vehicle 2 separate time for additional work to be fixed, they said they fixed things but it wasn’t actually fixed, the salesman John was pushy and wouldn’t allow us space to look at vehicles without feeling smothered - even though I asked for space. Would not recommend.. this place does not have their xxxx together

Very nice set up. Efficient as they finished 'The Works' within an hour. Clean enviro, knowledgeable staff, decent coffee, wifi good, easy entry/exit.
Attentive. Polite Daron was attentive and polite. Reviewed what was done (routine maintenance) and advised about when I should return for next visit.

I got a lot of compliments on how on nice my truck was from the second I pulled in.
Did a great job in a very timely manner. Very appreciative of them taking care of my needs and keeping me informed.
Robert did a nice job. No waiting around. Did deal over the phone. Walked in direct to sales office, signed and left in less than 30 minutes! My preferred way of buying a vehicle.

This dealership has sky high rates. $220 an hour for labor is outrageous. The advisor did answer all my questions. Page 1 had a statement that read “may need service in the future”, but I I have no idea what that may be. Page 2 was not included when handed to my friend. I surely hope that there are other dealers that charge less than $220 an hour for labor. The service was ok, but I will not pay outrageous prices. Quality of service is important, but so his labor rate!!!
The dealership got me in for the recall repair quickly but could have been more clear about the timeline. I said ASAP was great but was urged to make a specific appointment which was 7 am on Friday. I was told Daron would call me soon at 11 am on Friday and then did not hear from him until Tuesday morning and got the car back on Wednesday. Communication would have been helpful for planning purposes for my loaner car. Thanks!

It was my fourth time to the dealer on addressing the same recall on my f150. Now there is another new recall. Every time my truck have been in oxmoor workshop for over night. It has been like this since 2025. It is never fixed. I was told ford tech are contacted in this regards and will get back to me. Instead I have to set up yet another appointment and outcome is the same, "No fix".

After being told the vehicle was ready, the keypad hadn't been fixed when I arrived to pick it up. I also found out on my own that the B pillar trim piece that was being repaired was under recall, and that was never previously communicated to me. I was told I still need to pay for the repair despite the recall. Additionally, the sway bar replacement did not remedy the front end popping / clunking sound that the vehicle was originally brought in to diagnose and repair. Not the same dealership from 6 years ago and that’s a great thing. The sales people there actually want your business and work tirelessly for you. I experienced the most professional customer service from them out of all my car purchases. I can’t stand buying a new vehicle. But Oxmoor made it as efficient and transparent as possible.
